Ok. I'm going to be straight up with this cake. No holding back. Caleb wanted a monkey cake, and what Caleb wants, Caleb gets. Well......sorta. This is the only cake that I have been so disapointed in. I hated it, but I bit the nail and delivered it. Justin & Jennifer (Caleb's parents) really liked it. Honestly to me, it looks like a Bear. I worked on this cake for hours....trying to get the ears right, trying to get the nose right, working with the mouth and nostrils until I was trying the same things over and over. Just because I thought it looked odd, I guess doesn't mean its horrible. I talked to Jennifer and she said that Caleb really loved his Monkey Cake. Good thing he did!!!
